The Club

To keep subs at a reasonable level, your club depends on voluntary help from members. If you can assist with kitchen duties, the slipway, small boat training, working bees, starting and finishing races and/or Tall Ships Race, please put your name down for the roster, contact us via the contact form , or come down to the Clubhouse. Your help will be appreciated.

 Bar RulesBy law we can only serve club members and their guests. Please be prepared to show your membership card if requested by bar staff or committee members. The club reserves the right to refuse service.
Guests
Invited guests are welcome. There are reciprocal visiting arrangements with the three other boat clubs in the Bay of Islands and the Victoria Cruising Club in Auckland.
Membership     

There is a first time joining fee of $20. In addition to the full membership ($50), we offer a once-only visitors membership for six summer month. There are reduced rates for junior members. Members are able to use the slip at reduced rates.

Bar & Meals
The bar is open on Wednesday 5pm - 10pm, Friday 5pm - 10pm and Sunday 4pm - 10pm. Meals and snacks are available when the bar is open. The club may be open on other nights during the summer.
Rubbish
Please remember that it is illegal to discharge sewage from any boat within 500 metres of the shore or a maritime farm, or to dump rubbish within 3 miles of the coast, or to dump any plastic in the sea. Make it a boat policy!
